• We can add you to the other files at a later date, but the effective date of that addition will be the date of the request, not the original reservation date.

Will you need to have the puppy shipped to you? Shipping is extra, usually about $265 to $350 (inc. airfare, kennel, health certificate, and travel).

Does anyone in your family have allergies to dogs? Most of our puppies are suitable for people with allergies. Puppies cannot be returned due to allergies without prior consent (at or about time of reservation.) Deposits will not be returned in the event of an allergy, due to expense of advertising, etc. Cost to return puppy is at expense of buyer.

Are you sending a $100 deposit?

• Reservations with deposits are filled first.
• Deposit is not needed to purchase a pup that is on the Available Puppies Page. Full payement will be needed after we make delivery arrangements.
• To maintain selection order, deposits must be received within 7 days of this reservation.
• Personal checks are accepted for deposit only, but if they are returned by our bank for any reason, the reservation date will reflect the date that a replacement check clears.
• The mailing address is: North Country Kennels, 21662 County Road 128, Ironton, MN 56455.
• Deposits are refundable until you choose a specific puppy, and it is at least 6 weeks of age (less $50 service charge).
• Once we have attempted to contact you by telephone during three separate puppy selection processes, without prompt return of our calls (less than 24 hours), the deposit is no longer refundable. It is greatly appreciated if you return our calls promptly, in order for the selection process to move along smoothly.
• If you have not already done so, deposits may be made online, using your Paypal account or your Credit Card. These payments are processed securely by Paypal.
