Peke-a-Chon Dogs and Puppies
Pekingese Bichon or Peke-a-Chons - this is a cross between the Pekingese and the Bichon Frise.
Personality
They are generally fantastic with kids. They're very social, and friendly with everyone including your children's friends, and the neighborhood dogs. They're generally average in activity level, sometimes on the milder side. On a range of 1-10, 10 being the most active (like a Jack Russel Terrier!), they will generally fall in the range of 4-6.
Size and Colors
Sizes vary, depending on the parents. Usually, they average from 8 to 12 pounds. They come in a variety of colors. Because they are non-shedding, they are excellent choices for families with allergy concerns.
Peke-a-Chons and Shih Poos, Pekepoos, and Shih Chons are very much alike, and most people cannot tell the difference. Folks that like the Peke-a-Chons may also want to consider the Pekepoos.
