Papipoo (Papillon-Poodle) Dogs and Puppies
Papi-poos are a cross between a Poodle and a Papillon.
Most Papipoos have a very soft, wavy coat , which is non-shedding, and quite well tolerated by most people with allergies.
Personality
On a range of 1-10, 10 being the most active (like a Jack Russel Terrier!), Papipoos will generally fall in the range of 4-7. They are social, friendly, and good with children. They are athletic dogs, capable of going for 2-3 mile walks with ease.
Size and Colors
Papi-poos vary in size, depending on the size of the parents. Most of our Papipoos mature 7-10 pounds, but size varies. Papi-poos come in a variety of colors, solid colors and partis. We like to produce multicolors, like black and white, black with cream markings, etc. Solid black is also fairly common (with white markings.)
Papi-Chons can be groomed many different ways. Most people prefer the "Puppy Cut" style of groom, fluffy all over, including the face. Poodle type trims can be chosen as well. Like all non-shedding dogs, Papipoos require professional grooming for trims, generally every 9 to 16 weeks, depending on how long you like the hair left. Shorter trims require less frequent grooming.
