Yoo Hoo, a salt and pepper colored smaller Mini Schnauzer, was bred to Tony, a rare colored, chocolate and gold colored Toy Poodle. They have 3 Mini Schnoodle puppies, 1 girl and 2 boys, born June 14, 2010. We expect Yoo Hoo's Mini Schnoodle puppies to mature between 8 and 11 pounds.
Mini Schnoodles are the perfect dog for children. They're social and happy, eager to learn tricks, and good retrievers. While they are fairly small, they're durable and athletic. Their square conformation allows them to enjoy lots of outdoor activities - walks, hikes, boating, playing ball, etc. Once in the home, they generally settle down quite nicely for a nap on the couch, or bed while the kids do their homework.
Schnoodles are non-shedding, and are one of the best choices for families with allergy issues. As a non-shedding dog, schnoodles do require routing professional grooming, generally at 6 to 12 week intervals. Shorter trims require less frequent groomings.
