Wink, one of our salt and pepper colored smaller Mini Schnauzers, was bred to Billy Bob, a parti colored small Miniature Poodle. They have 5 Mini Schnoodle puppies, 3 girls and 2 boys, born April 3, 2008. We expect these Miniature Schnoodle puppies to mature between 10 and 15 pounds.

Mini Schnoodles are perhaps our most popular mix. They combine a wonderful kid-friendly temperament with amazing intelligence. This mix is generally housebroken in 3 to 6 weeks, though it's quite common for them to be housebroken in as little as a week or two. They are eager learners that enjoy learning and performing tricks, doing obedience, etc. They love to play fetch. They are wonderfully social, good with children and their friends as well.

Mini Schnoodles are also popular for their non-shedding, allergy-friendly coat. This is a good choice for a family looking for a hypo-allergenic dog, though there is really no such thing as a completely hypo-allergenic dog. Some people have very serious allergies, to saliva as well as the dander of the dog. Schnoodles have a body type that is rugged, althletic, and sturdy, another reason this is a great choice for even very small children.
