Christy's Mini Schnoodle puppies

Christy, a cute 10 pound Apricot and white (tuxedo markings) Mini Poodle, was bred to Mugs, a salt and pepper and white Mini Schnauzer. They have 6 Mini Schnoodle puppies, 2 boys and 4 girls, born February 23, 2010. We expect Christy's puppies to mature between 12 and 15 pounds.

Mini Schnoodles are one of our most popular mixes, for several reasons. They are fantastic dogs with kids - they are durable, athletic, very intelligent, and very social to people (and other dogs.) They are also non-shedding. These qualities are found in many of our other mixes, but because it's easy to do a search for Schnoodle, this does impact their popularity. We breed all sizes of Schnoodles, from small ones like these, to larger Standard Schnoodles, maturing as large as 60 pounds. The great qualities of the schnoodles are found in all sizes.

Mini Schnoodles are non-shedding, really well suited for people looking for an allergy friendly dog. They are also IMHO, unequalled in intelligence and trainability of any dog, purebred or mixed. These are amazing, easy to train (housebroken in generally 2 to 4 weeks, less if the owner is consistent, firm, and fair.) They enjoy learning and can be taught countless tricks and behaviors (good and bad.) One word of warning - because they are so intelligent, it's necessary to train them properly from the beginning, rather than allowing unwanted behaviors for a time, and then trying to fix the behavior. It's so much easier to train them correctly right from the beginning. They can and do learn your mistakes after even just a few instances (like if you allow them to chew people toes, articles of clothing, etc)
