Sable, a rare colored wheaton Mini Poodle, was bred to Frosty, one of our Bichon boys. They have 3 Poodle Bichon mix puppies, 2 girls and a boy, born August 16, 2009. We expect these Poo-Chon puppies to mature between 8 and 12 pounds. Honestly, these are gorgeous puppy. Fantastically soft coats, dense and luxurious. You'll get lots of comments from people with any of these puppies.

Poo-Chons are a non-shedding, allergy friendly mix, ideal for people with even severe allergies, looking for a hypo-allergenic dog. Both the Poodle and Bichon Frise are non-shedding. Coats are strongly curly, shiny and luxurious. Professional grooming is necessary every 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the style of groom desired.

Poo-Chons are bright, fun loving, and social, much more social than a purebred Poodle. The poodle introduces intelligence and trainability to this mix. The bichon brings it's social, playful nature. This cross is wonderful with kids. They're quite athletic, and they enjoy outdoor activities. Housebreaking is usually accomplished in 3 to 6 weeks, using crate training.
