Zoey, a cute little black and gold Pekingese female, was bred to Willie, a chocolate and white Toy Poodle male. They have 3 small sized Pekepoo puppies, all boys, born April 10, 2008. We expect these Pek-a-poo puppies to mature between 6 and 9 pounds.

Pekepoos are an ideal family dog - social with kids, visitors, even strangers. They're bright, and eager to please, thanks to the Poodle influence. They inherit their social nature from the Pekingese. Peekapoos have a very sweet side - they are clownish, amiable dogs, active when you want to play, but very sweet and cuddly when it's time to relax.

Pekepoos have a soft, wavy, non-shedding coat. This coat is allergy-friendly, and most people with moderate dog allergies can well tolerate a first generation Pekepoo. Even for their small size, they are quite agile and sturdy, great for kids of all ages.
