Zesta, an adorable black and white Pekingese, 8 pounds, was bred to Ernie, a chocolate and white 5 pound Toy Poodle. They have 4 Pekepoo puppies, 2 girls and 2 boys, born April 5, 2010. We expect Zesta's Pekepoo puppies to mature between 7 and 9 pounds.

Pekepoos are an ideal dog for families looking for a child friendly, happy, sweet, and social non-shedding dog. This is an allergy friendly dog, and while there is no perfectly hypo-allergenic dog, these come very close. They're very well suited for families with all but the worst allergy issues.

Pekapoos are friendly and easy going, generally mild to medium in activity level. They're patient and tolerant, qualities that are important with children. They love to play, but have a sweet side that's endearing.
