Ritz, a pretty black, gold, and white Pekingese, was bred to Willie, a chocolate and white colored Toy Poodle male. They have 3 female Pekapoo puppies born May 5, 2008. We expect these Pekingese Poodle mix puppies to mature between 6 and 9 pounds. More information and photos of Ritz's Pekepoo puppies are below:

Pekepoos, Pekapoos, Pek-a-poos, and Pekaboos are all Pekingese Poodle mixes. This is honestly one of my favorite mixes. They should be high on the list for people looking for a smaller, kid friendly, easy going, non-shedding, social dog. I could go on an on about their wonderful qualities. They are very similar to the Shih Poos, another favorite. Most are really indistinguishable as adults, though as puppies, the Pekepoos have a somewhat slower growing facial coat. This is actually kind of nice, as the facial hairs don't tend to poke the eyes quite as quickly between grooms.

Pekepoos are very social - they love children, they love the vet, the groomer, and just about anybody else! They play well with other dogs and cats too. This mix is quite bright, thanks to the Poodle influence, generally housebroken in 3 to 6 weeks. Coats can be many colors, as varied as the imagination. The coat is non-shedding, soft, and luxurious.
